I believe in placing clients in a better position than our initial introduction, by not only addressing short term issues, but also by helping them to develop procedures and methods to address future issues that may arise.

Overview

Constantino Raya is an associate in our Fresno office. Constantino works in both special education and labor and employment. He assists clients dealing with issues related to employee evaluations and disciplinary actions, due process complaints, and public records request.

Prior to joining F3, Constantino worked at a litigation law firm in Fresno, where he practiced civil litigation including professional liability and family law, representing health professionals, health care systems, certified public accountants and individual client interest in divorces with high-asset estates involving complex legal issues. In this capacity, Constantino has drafted and argued motions, as well as seen cases through all phases of litigation.

During law school, he worked as law clerk at the Department of State Hospitals of California, and externed for LCMC Health in New Orleans. Additionally, Constantino volunteered at Catholics Charites Immigration and Refugees Services, where he provided assistance to staff attorneys representing immigrant juveniles.

After School

I enjoy spending time with my wife, dog, and cat. I love playing sports and still participate in rugby and judo. I am also an avid Sacramento Kings and Kansas Jayhawks Fan.
